Premium Country Pubs are currently looking for a driven Head Chef Designate for the Surrey area, where you can really get to know the brand and role before taking your own kitchen on in a few months' time. This is a very exciting opportunity to join the Premium Country Pubs team and the wider Mitchells & Butlers group
What you'll do in this role??? As Head Chef Designate you'll be responsible for the entire kitchen operation, overseeing food ordering, preparation, delivery, staffing, stock control and conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations. You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards. You'll spend time training and working in sites in the area to gain an understanding of our operation before starting in a kitchen of your own.
