Are you an experienced and organised PA looking for an exciting local company to work for?

This media consultancy provides reporting services to blue chip clients across the UK in order to assess the effectiveness and value of their media campaigns. Due to continued expansion they are looking for a part time PA / Office Co-ordinator to join their team based in Daventry and report to the Data & Information Manager.

The part time hours are flexible to suit the ideal candidate but a minimum of 24 hours a week would be required to make this role work.

The role will entail:
- Arranging meetings whilst monitoring resource bottlenecks.
- Diary management including travel and collecting office movements.
- General administrative duties including preparing agendas, minute taking, printing and collating presentation decks and any other tasks as required.
- Checking presentations for consistency and compliance with company guidelines.
- Producing reports using the in-house timesheet and project management software.
- Alerting users when the in-house systems are not being kept up to date.

The ideal candidate for this role would be:
- Assertive with the ability to express their opinions in a non-confrontational way.
- Highly methodical, accurate and organised.
- A team player who can also work unsupervised and take the initiative as required.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexible with the ability to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
