Working in a fast-paced administration role, you will be relied on to handle everything from processing financial transactions to answering our customers’ enquiries by phone, email and post. The role demands five GCSEs at grades A-C (including Maths and English), together with strong customer service, IT and problem-solving skills. Previous experience of financial services and pensions is highly desirable.
