Sales Position (12 month contract temporary to cover maternity leave)
Hours Monday-Friday 8.30 am – 5 pm, with 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
Salary £17.5k + depending on experience.
Ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and will be able to use our in-house computer system (although full training can be given).
Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft word and emails.
Duties will include: answering incoming calls and taking orders over the telephone, fax and email. Chasing existing accounts for sales and finding new accounts via internet, and chasing telephone and email enquiries daily as well as taking payments of card and cash from customers.
The ideal candidate would be selling steel to existing customers and general public.
