We've got an exciting opportunity for a General Manager in the Caledonia Bar in the heart of Glasgow Airport. It's a welcoming environment with a premium feel, where passengers can enjoy a coffee and pastry or a fine glass of wine before their journey.
We're looking for an experienced bar manager, potentially with experience in coffee shops and/or table service environments. We're focused on our guests, and we want a General Manager who shares that enthusiasm for delivering great hospitality while understanding how to run a business in a competitive commercial environment.
Your job as a General Manager:
Certain things are a given, you'll be able to drive sales, control costs, manage and motivate a team, with flair and style! You are a manager who is mad about hospitality, running a bar comes naturally to you because you just get it. Your passion is infectious, your team are genuinely inspired by you, and you'll make sure that every shift is a great shift with great sales, a happy team and happy customers.
