We are looking for a Chef de Rang - Bar to join the Food and Beverage team working with Silviu Dinu our F&B Manager and his team of 13 and 4 Bar staff running our Michelin starred Dining Room and our Swiss themed Brasserie.
Since reopening in 2003, Martin Burge, our Head Chef, has won Two Michelin Stars, we have 4 AA rosettes and have recently been awarded 8 out of 10 in The Good Food Guide.
