Trainee Recruitment Resourcer

We have a friendly team of about 100 staff, you would join our Resource team based at our head office in West Bridgford, where we have a positive and energetic work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot on the ladder and kick start your recruitment career as a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer.

•Have previous admin or customer service experience 
•Have strong computer skills 
•Are driven and ambitious 
•Are a “people person” 

Duties will include: 
•Being the first point of contact for our Candidates 
•Advertising vacancies and responding to Candidates 
•Liaising with Candidates via phone / email 
•Conducting telephone screening 
•Discussing Candidate requirements and keeping Consultants informed of Candidate availability / interest 
•Keeping the Candidate database up to date - attention to detail / accurate recording of information essential 
•General admin 

This is not for the fainthearted, it is extremely busy and very fast paced but we know how to have fun too! If you are prepared to go the extra mile your hard work will be rewarded! 

Salary £15,500 - £17,500 (dependent on experience) plus “OTE” £4,000 (uncapped bonus scheme)
