The Danubius Hotel Regents Park is currently looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our professional and friendly Kitchen team.
We are a four star property with 364 rooms, 11 conference rooms, ideally located near the famous Lords Cricket Ground, just minutes away from Baker Street and convenient for all business and leisure guests.
Responsibilities of Chef de Partie will include:
??Prepare and cook food according to recipes and preparation methods
??Maintain company quality and presentation standards
??Serve food in proper portions and use the correct dishes
??Monitor food quality while preparing food
??Follow hygiene regulations on food storage and temperature control
??Being up to date with all function requirements
??Maintain cleanliness of the section at all times
??Handle the equipment and machinery safely and correctly
??Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures
The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie position will:
??Have a valid Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
??Have achieved a NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery or similar
??Previous experience in a similar role
??Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
??Great team working skills
