Recreational Assistant
Salary Grade 3 - GBP16,017 to GBP18,212 per annum

About the role: Working as a member of a small team you will deliver the Sports & Recreation Service within the Manor Road Sports Centre and associated outdoor facilities. You will open facilities, take bookings, monitor and record Health and Safety (H&S) information, engaging in cleaning duties, selling and administering memberships, taking court fees and securing facilities at night.
In addition, you will organise sporting competitions, fixtures and events to develop & extend the sporting offer within the Centre.
About you: As the ideal candidate, you will be enthusiastic, friendly and have sound knowledge of the fitness world with experience of working within a recreation or leisure environment. Additionally you will be an excellent verbal and written communicator with proficiency in a range of MS Office programs. Moreover you'll be managing simultaneous tasks while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and high standards of personal presentation.
