With great gaming, friendly staff, fully branded menu, a late night bar, large screen TVs; we offer our Customers everything they need for an incredible night out. We would like enthusiastic people to join our team, dedicated to our mission to excite and entertain customers from all walks of life.
The role holder will be accountable for:
• Ensuring all customers & particularly electronic gaming customers receive excellent customer service, helping to facilitate their play, thus ensuring profitable admissions, supported by pre-approved promotions
• Assisting other departments, including Food & Beverage to deliver exceptional service at all times
• Following Grosvenor's Brand Standards policy
• Adhere to the compliance & security aspects of electronic gaming
Some experience of customer service in a Hospitality/Food & Beverage environment would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
