Head Chef vacancy: We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the Kitchen Team at the Braunton Inn, a rustic-style pub in an old stone manor house that offers real ales and hearty seasonal fare.
A truly stunning building in a beautiful location overlooking the Tarka Trail and River Estruary. A very seasonal pub with a small local trade through winter and large numbers of holidaymakers throughout Easter and Summer holidays.
As a Head Chef of this remarkable site you will strive to achieve outstanding customer service, will lead your team by example and provide guests with the experience they have come to enjoy.

Head Chef role:
Overseeing food ordering
Food preparation
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
