The Role:
We are recruiting for a Legal Assistant/Legal Executive/Solicitor to join our Estate Management team in Bristol. You will report to Julia Lucas, Partner and Team Leader, you will deepen the expertise of the firm by demonstrating strong support to a wide client base with a range of requirements.

Commercial property experience is essential.
Good eye for detail.
Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload.

Excellent communication skills - high volume of interaction via the telephone.
Good IT skills.
Enthusiastic & team approach to working.
A desire to learn and develop legal skills in the area of estate management; what TLT does and what our clients do/how they work.
The role would suit an experienced legal assistant, legal executive or solicitor.
The Remit:
As a Legal Assistant/Legal Executive/Solicitor we expect you to deliver the following:
Dealing with granting leases, licences, deeds of variation, assignments and other estate management work for large pub company clients including Punch Taverns, Spirit Pub Company and Greene King .
To provide all our clients with a quality service in accordance with the Firm's procedures.
To maintain and improve relations with existing clients and spot opportunities for business development and enhancement of the current services we offer.
To achieve the budgets and targets set by the Firm.
