Customer Service Advisor - Preston Brook
At Capita Customer Management we work for some of the best-known brands in the country, like car makers, tech companies and mobile phone networks. Right now we're looking for people to take Customer Service calls on behalf of leading UK clients at our Preston Brook site which can be located just 5 minutes from Junction 11 on the M56.
We regularly have opportunities with clients such as Marks and Spencer, O2, John Lewis and Scottish Power. Many of these roles have immediate starts available to suit you, with full and part time shifts paying up to GBP15,385 per annum.
You'll need a confident, friendly telephone manner and a willingness to help solve your customers' problems. You don't have to have experience, we'll give you all the training you need, and the range of work we do means there's lots of opportunity for ambitious people to progress.
You can choose from a variety of full--time shift patterns on a flexible basis- so you can fit your work around whatever else you've got going on. You'll get a minimum of 22 days' holiday a year, and a whole range of discounts at high-street shops.
