Job Role:
Due to continued expansion and moving to a new purpose built factory, our client who specialise in high end automation for the home and commercial cinema industry, currently has an exciting opportunity for 2 x precision mechanical assemblers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building complex bracketing and automation equipment used in high end applications (Yachts, Home Cinemas, etc).
* Working from Mechanical drawings.
* Bespoke mechanical assembly - utilising hand tools including drills, air tools and other assembly equipment.
* Basic wiring of components and electronic control systems.
Person Specification:
* Experience of high end mechanical assembly is essential.
* Some wiring knowledge would be preferred, although this can be trained.
* Able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.
* This role would suit someone who really cares about the product they manufacture and takes pride in the finished article!
Benefits:
* 22 days' holiday increasing to 25 after length of service
* 4% company pension with no contribution from the employee after qualifying period.
* Overtime available on Saturdays paid at double time.
* Production bonus, worth circa 10% of salary.
* Complimentary breakfast every Friday morning!
