Paralegal - Litigation - Bristol
Tors have a vacancy for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal at a leading law firm in their Bristol office. You will join the Dispute Resolution team as part of the Civil Litigation division.
The type of work handled is claimant and defendant such as commercial, professional negligence, insurance coverage, contract, employment (non tribunal) and financial services.
You will have your own caseload of up to 40 varied and complex cases with supervisory support and could assist senior lawyers on larger cases.
You will need to have civil or commercial litigation experience with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be able to use your own initiative and deal flexibly with a wide range of work types. You will be educated to a minimum of degree standard or equivalent such as ILEX. You will be IT literate and able to work with a case management system.
