Our client is an insurance provider, providing warranty cover for Digital Television HD Boxes following the expiration of the manufactures warranty.
Outbound Team Leaders will look after a team of 15 agents who will perform both warm and cold leads.
The office is very KPI and target focused so suitable candidates must be used to working in a high pressure environment.
