Full or Part qualified Accountant ACA - Guildford
Salary up to GBP30k

Working for a small accountancy firm providing a personal service for individuals and companies of all sizes. They look after clients` personal financial and taxation needs, ensuring that all regulations are complied with and deadlines met. Preparing accounts, corporate tax returns and personal tax returns. Also informing clients if they have made errors on VAT or PAYE.
Duties include producing:-
- Personal tax returns
- Partnership tax returns
- Sole trader accounts
- Partnership accounts
Dealing with all aspects of companies from the initial set up of a new company, through all the new compliance work necessary including:-
- Company creation & setup
- Corporation tax returns
- Annual returns
- Payroll
- Company accounts
- VAT
- Book keeping
- Mergers/buyout advice
- Tax planning
- Audit & other regulation work
