Due to continued success and growth, we have 2 new permanent positions aimed at taking talented people with little or sales experience through a structured development programme.
Trainee Sales Executive key responsibilities:
Working in the field sales team, you'll be responsible for developing existing territories and increasing market share by selling the widest range of high quality Compressed Air & Vacuum equipment.
The Candidate
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable sales experience within a highly successful team. The ideal Trainee Sales Executive:
•A desire to work independently yet as part of a remote team
•The drive, commitment and eagerness to develop your career
•A technical background or qualification (advantageous but not essential)
•A full driving licence.
Trainee Sales Executive benefits:
•12 month sales training resulting in an ISMM Level 4 certificate in Sales and Marketing
•Ongoing structured product and technical training
•Basic salary of GBP21,000
•Achievable commission - GBP2,500
•raining & personal development package - GBP3,500
•Market leading pension - company pays up to GBP3,150 pa (depending upon voluntary employee contribution)
•12 month sales training resulting in an ISMM Level 4 certificate in Sales and Marketing
