Design Manager - Slough
We are looking for a Design Manager who will take responsibility for two, GBP25m offices in the centre of Slough, Berkshire on the behalf of the scheme's tier one main contractor.
Spec developments of five and nine storeys respectively, the schemes are underway with handover due in August 2017 and, with further contracts expected from the same, leading developer are of critical importance to our client.
The role reports into a regional office in Reading so best suits candidates seeking continuity of employment in the Berkshire / Surrey / Buckinghamshire areas.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Architect, Structural Engineer or both and, crucially, must display a particularly commercial approach to their activities, maximising both value and build quality.
Reporting into the company's Divisional Director the position will offer scope for advancement to the position of Regional Technical Manager so applications are encouraged from applicants who are seeking to grow with the business.
The position is immediately available so interviews can be offered from the week commencing 3rd October and attracts a competitive salary of GBP75k to GBP80k + Car (or allowance) + Healthcare + Pension + Package.
