Bridgewater Resources are currently recruiting for one of the UK's top graduate employers and we are looking for high calibre graduates to start as Graduate Management Trainees through their highly successful development opportunities.

Indeed, many managers joined the company as graduates and now run their own business within the group - earning GBP40,000-GBP50,000+.
With over 350 locations across the UK, there is sure to be an opportunity near you! As a Graduate Management Trainee you will receive a basic salary of up to GBP24,000 + significant bonus (increased upon completion of initial training), plus a host of other benefits such as:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Develop your skills in various business fields
* Drive for results in a professional B2B sales environment
* Prove yourself, gain autonomy and progress within the business
The UK market for the distribution of electrical products has an estimated value of GBP9.8 billion and the business continues to grow offering a great opportunity to progress.
Requirements
You should be a confident, outgoing and driven university graduate who is:
* Money motivated, target-focused and passionate about building solid business relationships
