Great opportunity for skilled GRP laminators. Permanent role based in Poole, Dorset working for a prestigious company playing a pivotal role in the production of the world's finest luxury motor yachts. Laminators from either the general composites or boat building industry are required. Working on 48ft to 155ft luxury and super yachts.
The role involves production of large GRP Wet Lay Up and infused components such as:
* Hulls
*Decks
*Superstructures
Laminators will work in close teams led by an experienced team leader to mould parts ready for fit out against the production plan. Laminator qualification required as well as GRP Laminating, Composites or Boat building experience (2 years) On the job coaching and support will be given to laminators unfamiliar with boat building techniques.
This is a permanent position offering a promising career with an iconic brand, 40 hours standard working week, guaranteed overtime, non-contributory pension contributions, 22 days holiday, sick pay, life cover, canteen, safe working environment, central working location for public transport, sports and social club, work wear, 3 extra days holiday after 4 years, private medical insurance.
