A fantastic local employer are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join their well established and very successful office.
As the Sales Team Leader your main roles and responsibilities will include: staff management - you will be overseeing 4 sales coordinators, assisting with generating leads and developing contacts using your negotiation skills to pitch and deliver excellent quality products. NO COLD CALLING. You will be responsible for the marketing of these on the company`s website and delivering them to the huge and expanding database of consumers.
You will be overseeing 4 members of the team including setting daily tasks, managing KPI's and overseeing workloads, account managing, building client relationships and actively seeking new ones, creating pitches, presentations, proposals and negotiating, meeting weekly KPI`s and monthly sales targets, marketing ideas and advertisement production, creating press releases and dealing with all customer queries/complaints etc.
You will have excellent communication skills via phone, email or face to face, be self motivated, be sales driven with a desire to succeed, the ability to prioritise workload and have a persuasive ability, be a good team leader and motivator with a professional working attitude.
You will have up to 3 years sales experience and ideally you will have an interest in the automotive industry or have worked within the automotive industry previously.
You will receive a salary of GBP35,000 per annum, 21 days holiday plus all bank holidays, pension, free parking.
