Responsibilities
* Providing full resourcing lifecycle ensuring total candidate attraction and management.
* Advertising of all open opportunities on various job boards and LinkedIn.
* Coordinating incoming CVs from various sources.
* Proactively source candidates via appropriate job boards, LinkedIn, etc and qualify and interview prospective candidates via telephone or face to face where appropriate.
* Qualifying referral candidates.
* Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner, providing quality candidates for consideration.
* Arranging interviews as appropriate.
* Agree and work to delivery targets and service levels.
Skills Required
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including a good telephone manner.
* Unyielding drive to succeed and outperform sales targets.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to deal with multiple tasks and flexibility to deal with changing priorities and tasks.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Experience with MS Office essential.
* Experience of recruiting IT staff on both a temporary/contract and permanent basis preferred.
