Here, you will join like-minded colleagues providing an extensive range of treatments and therapies to our guests in the most beautiful of settings. Benefiting from innovative treatment partners, you will work with some of the best products in the industry, including Elemis, Decl??or, Bliss and many others. Regular training and beauty brand updates will be provided, so this could also prove to be a unique opportunity for you too. Using your knowledge, you will assist our guests to select the perfect items from our comprehensive retail offering so excellent communication skills will be required. We set high standards and excellence is at the heart of everything that we do; you will therefore be passionate about delivering outstanding service to each and every guest. HOURS OF WORK Full and part-time contracts are available as follows: 160 hours per 4 week period (working 5 days per week) 128 hours per 4 week period (working 4 days per week) 32 hours per 4 week period (working alternate weekends) Shifts are worked on a flexible basis which means that your hours and days of work could vary each week but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will be either 9.45am - 6.15pm or 10.45am - 7.15pm and you will be required to work some weekends and public/bank holidays on a rota basis. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: NVQ Level 2 and 3, IHBC City and Guilds, CIDESCO or equivalent qualification At least 1 years work experience within a salon, or 6 months within a spa environment Good standard of general education Desirable requirements: Reflexology qualification Hopi Ear Candle trained Product training on Elemis, Decl??or, or other products houses Closing date: 25 October 2016 at 12 Noon.
