This IT Recruitment Agency has grown considerably over the last 15 years and has plans for further office expansion across other divisions. With a large volume of demand across the area you will be fulfilling called-in business plus generating new client relationships within the IT sector. You will ideally come from a recruitment background with a proven track record of success.

PACKAGE - Recruitment Consultant - IT

* Basic salary of up to GBP25-45k (DOE)
* Extremely generous commission and benefits package
* Lots of autonomy and a supportive team culture
* Career progression to Team Leader/Division Manager
* Hours - 8.30am to 5.30pm

* Taking a proactive approach you will be responsible for maximising opportunities from the existing database and generating new business wins

CANDIDATE - Recruitment Consultant - IT

* Be able to evidence a successful career as a Recruitment Consultant, growing a desk with proven self-generated billings - either Permanent or Temps/Contract driven
* Able to create new business opportunities through targeted sales activity and then deliver accurate and timely staffing solutions
* A winning, can-do attitude with a record of personal achievement
* Strong sales skills, both on the telephone and face-to-face
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
