Salary: £15,500 p/a + Bonus

Working hours 40 Hours per week between Monday-Sunday between 8.30am - 8.00pm


Job role

Receive and respond to inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner. Effectively handle campaigns involving email web-collaboration, faxes, data processing, fulfilment etc, in order to contribute to the achievement of Company strategy and objectives.

Experience

- · Ability to work as part of a team.

· Confident when dealing with customer enquiries or complaints.

· Professional and friendly at all times with great energy and enthusiasm.

· Good telephone manner with a passion for helping customers

· Comfortable working in a target driven environment.
