An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager to join their dental practice based in Newbury.
The ideal candidate will:
??? Lead and manage staff with passion and enthusiasm
??? Motivate the team to achieve their goals
??? Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
??? Demonstrate a responsible attitude to work and excellent attention to detail
A dental nursing qualification and or previous experience within the dental, or other healthcare environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, be flexible, and be willing to carry out additional duties to support the practice. A full training programme will be tailored towards the successful candidate.
Owing to the nature of this position, any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory disclosure report from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
This is a full time position, contracted 40 hours per week. Hourly rate: 11.08.
