Are you flexible?

Eager to learn new skills?

Interested in a job where no two days are the same?

With the right induction, training, support and supervision you could be just the person we are looking for to fulfil an exciting role as a Support Worker in Russell House: one of our newer, purpose built, modern registered care homes on site, supporting adults with epilepsy, autism, profound and multiple learning disabilities.

No previous experience is required as we will provide you with a full, comprehensive and specialised ongoing training package. Upon successful completion of your induction and probation period there are lots of opportunities to progress, enhance your skills, knowledge and personal development, including a nationally recognised Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social care.

The range of support needs varies, and your main aim is to support the residents to live a full, active, varied life, empowering them to make decisions; pursue leisure, social, educational and recreational activities, and be part of a team that puts the person first, making a vital difference to the individual.

Benefits include free parking onsite; personal pension scheme; paid DBS; generous annual leave allowance; unsocial hours pay enhancements and overtime shifts may also be available.

To apply, please complete an application form, clearly explaining how you meet the person specification for this role.
