We are looking for Customer Care Advisors to join our fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly expanding team based in Sale, Greater Manchester.

You’ll be expected to provide an exceptional experience for our customers and be able to build relationships with them. We are looking for someone with previous retention experience who is a great communicator, personable and able to relate to customers to ensure the best customer outcome is achieved.

Example of tasks;

  • Providing every client with the best possible advice, exceptional customer service and ensuring the best customer outcome is achieved
  • Problem solving and identifying the needs of the customer
  • Working and administering workflows, diaries and chase calls within required timescales
  • Dealing with all clients in a positive and professional manner
  • Ensuring computer records are kept up to date
  • Providing support and mentoring to the whole team as and when required
