We are looking for Team Managers to join our fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly expanding team based in Sale, Greater Manchester.

Successful candidates will be motivated and experienced at driving efficiency and productivity within a sales environment. You’ll be quality and KPI driven, with previous experience of managing successful call-centre based teams. If you have a ‘can do’ attitude, are a great communicator and determined to succeed then this is the role for you.

  • Side by side coaching
  • Remote call monitoring and feedback
  • Development of coaching action plans
  • Managing team performance
  • Daily stats analysis
