Call Centre Sales Advisors - Immediate Starts Available, Salary £16K + Bonus (OTE £25-32K)

Location: Manchester City Centre

Due to continued growth, our client are looking to recruit a number Sales Advisors to work within their lively call centre in Manchester City Centre. They are looking for a number of candidates to fill different sales roles within the claims team. Previous Sales, Telesales or telephone call centre experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided. We are keen to hear candidates who driven and motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the telephone.

Call Centre Sales duties will include:

• Speaking with customers over the telephone (inbound & outbound)
• Provide accurate and clear information about the company’s claims products / services.
• Ask relevant and appropriate questions to obtain facts.
• Handle customer objections.
• Deliver sales results and achieve targets.
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
• Apply Treating Customer Fairly principles at all times.
• Continually meet and exceed the objectives and targets set by line management.

Hours: Full Time Mon-Thu 10:00-19:00 Fri 10:00-16:30
