Queen Elizabeth House is a bright, modern, CQC compliant care home with nursing needs: please see our recent CQC report attached. The home supports people with complex needs including difficult-to-treat seizures and associated learning difficulties. Sharing the values of protecting an individual's dignity and promoting well-being at all times is an integral part of the job. You will have a good understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, equality and diversity and all other current practices.
Our Staff Nurses ( RGN, RNLD), work as part of a multidisciplinary team, and assist the two Senior Staff Nurses, Clinical Nurse Manager and Service Manager in the day to day running of the home which accommodates 20 residents.
Part time and full time applications welcome - our working pattern is 24/7 365 days per year, and we encourage rotational shift patterns. However, we would be happy to discuss alternative working patterns on an individual basis, such as days only, nights only etc.
