They are currently looking to appoint an Office Coordinator / Assistant based in Salford.
Scope of the role
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Communication via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor office operations
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Provide general support to visitors and team members
- Produce and distributes correspondence memos, letters and forms
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order and maintain stationery and equipment
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
- Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Arrange in-house and external events
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff or customers and other external contacts
Essential skills and experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
An advantage would be
- NVQ/SVQ in Business and Administration, Levels 1-4
- CRM/Dynamics/Reqlogic Experience
