The Company:
Our client is a well-established international manufacturing company.

Main Duties:
To work as a team on the day to day export & customer relations across the French & German market.

The Role:
- Process enquiries ( Telephone & Email ) in a timely fashion
- To process orders & follow-up
- Complete reports and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Manage and ensure proactive customers communication
- Keep accurate records and data input
- To develop and maintain relationships with clients
- To coordinate and liaise with internal departments
- Maintaining an accurate record of all information and documentation
- Deal with customers complaints

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English, German and/or French ( Written & Spoken)
- Experience in a similar role is desirable
- Exceptional organisational skills & attention to detail
- Excellent communications Skills
- Proactive & adaptable to work under pressure
- SAP experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm

Salary: £19k to £22k DOE + Excellent Benefits
