PREMISES MANAGER 
Salary: Actual £21,516.58 pay scale 22. 
52 weeks, 37.5 his per week, 26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays 

We are seeking to appoint a second Premises Manager to work the afternoon/evening shift to undertake and manage a range of maintenance and support tasks in a very busy School environment. Alongside the morning Premises Manager the successful candidate would have responsibility for facilities management and security of the whole school site (including buildings). This will ensure the smooth daily operational programme of Health and Safely, maintenance and cleanliness for staff and pupils is adhered lo by the premises team. 

Key to the post is flexibility both in working hours and lobs undertaken, The hours of work are expected to be 12.30- 8.30pm. There may be a requirement to work outside these times and some occasional weekend working will be required. 

The post calls for a proactive approach to maintenance and the successful candidate needs to be resourceful, adaptable, physically fit and able to show initiative. 

A clean driving licence with the ability to drive the School's minibus is required. 

CATERING ASSISTANT 
Salary: £15,603 p.a. pro rata pay scale 8 
(Actual £10,457.08)30 hours per week (7am to 1pm Mon to Fri) Term time only 

We are looking lo appoint a part time Catering Assistant for general catering duties such as food preparation, serving and cleaning in the school restaurant. Previous calering experience is desirable but training will be provided to the right candidate. The successful applicant will be able to provide a friendly and efficient service to pupils and staff of the school and have an awareness of basic food hygiene, A Food Hygiene certificate would bean advantage but appropriate /raining will be given.

An aspect of this role will be to provide lunchtime duty as a cashier in the school restaurant. Experience of handling money and operating electronic tills would be an advantage. Basic numeracy skiIIs are essential for this position. 

The successful applicant will be a team worker who is able to work with the minimum of supervision, enjoy being around young people and be ready to learn new skills.
