HR Business Partner / Retail Human Resources Advisor / Officer that has a solid all round HR generalist background with excellent organisational, time-management and people skills required for a well-established and award winning retailer based in Falmouth, Cornwall.
SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a HR Business Partner / Retail Human Resources Advisor / Officer that has a solid all round generalist background with excellent organisational, time-management and people skills.
Working as the HR Business Partner / Retail Human Resources Advisor / Officer you will liaise closely with Store Managers, Company Directors and the Senior Management Team and will be fully responsible for the HR service within the Company’s stores and warehouse.
As the HR Business Partner / Retail Human Resources Advisor / Officer you will be responsible for:
- Employee Relations
- Training and Development
- Talent Management and Succession
- Employee Engagement

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the HR Business Partner / Retail Human Resources Advisor / Officer you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working within a generalist HR role
- Strong commercial and people focus
- Broad understanding of key retail business levers
- Ability to influence in a consultative approach
- Provide advice, guidance and support to Store Managers, Company Directors and the Senior Management Team
- This job will be based in Falmouth, Cornwall and will require some travel to support the Company’s Warehouse and Stores
