They deliver cutting-edge testing systems to a wide variety of industries, including employers, government agencies, occupational health clinics, family lawyers, drug treatment and rehabilitation centres, and distributors.
They are looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join their team in Loughton. The Recruitment Co-ordinator will be responsible for implementing and delivering a more robust recruitment, on boarding and continual performance management process for a network of remote Medical Professionals to ensure high quality and effective service delivery throughout the network. The remote Medical Professional Network includes various levels of clinicians RGN, OHN, OHP and OHT, which you will be responsible for.
The day-to-day duties:
- Review existing network of medical professionals to create and implement a development plan to improve and build capacity and capability of remote workers to meet continual customer need
- Review existing Network to ensure credentials are up to date and to identify and address any group or individual training need
- Establish a model and process to monitor Medical Professional performance with processes to correct undesirable behaviours or practices
- Develop detailed job descriptions and objectives for network staff
- Work closely with other company departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Work closely with Clinical Governance to ensure compliance with professional and statutory requirements and high quality clinical service delivery
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience of building and managing remote workers, ideally with experience of working with clinicians and medical professionals although not essential
- Ability to analyse utilization data, extract key features and trends, use as the basis for a resource development plan
- Strong IT literacy - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience working to quality standards and regulations
- Experience of delivering services to large, corporate Customers
- Willing to travel in the UK (role is office based but may require some UK travel)
