Established over 12 years ago, our client is one of the leading suppliers of specialist commercial, industrial electrical contractors, electrical Engineers and control panel builders specialising in the design, manufacture and onsite installation of control panels.

Due to continued growth our client is looking for someone to join their team of experienced Approved Electricians.

Position Summary:
As an Approved Electrician, you will be working nationwide across a range of sectors. Your main role and responsibilities will be to:

• Provide practical, productive and electrical engineering skills to deadline in an economical/ efficient manner
• Deliver work independently without the need for supervision
• Set out jobs from drawings / specifications and request the necessary installation materials
• Consistently liaise and report to Line Manager
• Ensure all deadlines are met to the highest standard
• Liaise with all companies and relevant colleagues within the business

About You:
The successful candidate will be a good communicator who can self motivate and with the ability to be organised and plan ahead. You will hold the relevant qualifications and skills to hit the ground running, including:

• Must have demonstrated competence in Inspection and Testing and obtained NET Advanced Assessment of Competence (AAC)
• Level 3 NVQ in Electro technical Services or the Level 3 NVQ in Installing Electro technical systems and equipment – or approved equivalent
• A registered Apprentice or undergone some equivalent method of training and have had practical training in electrical installation work
• Willingness to work nationwide with a flexible attitude to balance work loads
• Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
