Reporting to the Technical Manager you will be responsible for a variety of technical aspects within the business, including management of suppliers and services, customer enquiries, process control systems and auditing. You will be involved in pack copy creation/approval. A key part of the role is to investigate non-conformity/root cause analysis/determine preventative action. You will play an active role in Continuous Improvement teams and provide support and training to your colleagues. Working knowledge of HACCP is essential. The successful candidate will preferably possess a degree/HND within a food related discipline and have similar previous experience gained within the food industry. Experience of BRC would be an advantage. Excellent communication and organisational skills are critical to performing successfully in this role, as is the ability to work confi dently with colleagues at all levels and suppliers. Knowledge of MS offi ce is required. This is a truly outstanding opportunity to work within a successful, growing company.
