Arriva Transport Solutions Ltd (ATSL) are currently recruiting for a Quality and Patient Experience Assistant to join the team based at our control centre in Bristol. Working 20 hours per week on a part time, fixed term contract until the end of 2017, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £9 per hour.
Arriva Transport Solutions Ltd (ATSL) is a specialist transport business within the Arriva group offering high quality non-emergency patient transport across the health sector.
Working as part of the Quality and Standards Team the Quality and Patient Experience Assistant will provide a high level of administrative support to the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for using a range of computer based systems to produce data driven reports for internal and external use related to areas such as quality assurance, patient experience and safety, and audits. The Quality and Patient Experience Assistant will also be the lead administrator for our quality software, including ‘Datix’ for managing incidents and complaints. Assisting our team of Patient Advisors in dealing with patient concerns will also be a key feature of this role.
Previous experience of working in an administrative and data/information driven role is essential, as well as being able to show excellent IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications. In addition, excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to collate and present a wide range of data/information are also essential.
We are looking for a professional individual who can take personal responsibility for their workload as well as working well within a team. As our Quality and Patient Experience Assistant you need to have the ability to adapt to and accommodate change, be able to work in a very busy environment where there are changing priorities, have excellent negotiation skills and be dedicated to improving and promoting confidence in our service. Previous experience in the NHS is desirable, and there may be occasional travel required.
