Our client is seeking a Regional Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to support its teams in Southern England and South Wales. The role is to provide pro-active and regular visits to work sites across the region in support of offices in Keynsham, Bristol and Mitcham, South London. This is an important role in a professional company. Applicants will be considered on a full or part-time basis.

Key Accountabilities

  • Carrying out routine site inspections, coaching management and operatives as required based on findings
  • Assisting in the creation of safe systems of work
  • Delivering toolbox talk training sessions including asbestos awareness
  • Carrying out risk assessments including noise and HAVS
  • Liaising with client representatives and the HSE
  • Maintaining face fit testing records according to schedule
  • Creating a regional, monthly HS&E report

Skills, Knowledge & Experience


  • Communicates with and engages others effectively at all levels
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
  • Organises and prioritises own workload
  • Good overall knowledge of the construction industry
  • Adopts a coaching style of management
  • Full UK driving licence due to location of sites
  • Owns problems and identifies solutions


  • CMIOSH or equivalent
  • Practical site experience
  • CSCS cardholder
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
