Workforce Information Officer - HR

This is an interesting and varied role, which provides support to the Human Resources Workforce Information Team in ensuring the Management Information needs of the University are met. The successful candidate will also assist with the maintenance and development of iTrent, the University's integrated HR/Payroll System ensuring that employee details are entered and processed appropriately.
You should be educated to A- Level standard or equivalent and have experience of working in a busy office environment and experience of working with a complex database. You should be competent in Microsoft applications and advanced use of Excel or other large scale spreadsheets/complex database systems is desirable.
Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential together with a flexible approach with the ability to efficiently handle varied workloads and meet deadlines.
