Your role

Within this HR role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality advisory services, in strict compliance with legal and ethical standards. Key duties for the role include but not limited to:

  • Monitoring and updating our online HR System
  • Producing reports for HR Manager and ensuring staff files are correctly maintained.
  • Provide support to the Management team by taking minutes in HR meetings.
  • Attend probation reviews with employees, ensuring training and development is being progressed in line with the requirements of the business
  • Responsibility for ensuring adherence with Health & Safety legislation by completing Display Screen Equipment checks as required along with following through any action points from the assessments.
  • Provide support to the Recruitment Coordinator with interviews.
  • Provide support to the HR Manager with Payroll administration.



We are looking for people who can demonstrate:

  • Achieved or working towards a CIPD Level 3 Qualified or equivalent. (desirable)
  • Experience of using computer systems on a day to day basis.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Have a professional and positive attitude
  • Team player
  • Target driven

You must be eligible to work in the UK.
