The Company:

Main duties:
To be responsible for the day to day customer care in order to develop the business on the UK and European markets

The Role:
- To deal with enquiries on the daily basis via email or over the phone
- To develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients
- To process and follow up orders
- To ensure on-time delivery
- To deal with invoicing and credit note processing
- To manage stock levels and deal with suppliers' orders
- To help the Sales Team by giving administrative support
- To process merchandise return in accordance with the company policy
- To be in charge of general administration duties (weekly report, database update, stock take…)

The candidate:
- Fluent in English & German (Written and spoken)
- Fluency in French would be an advantage but not essential
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- To have relevant experience handling key account relationship is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a multicultural team as well as to take initiatives
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- P.C literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)

up to £25k p.a depending on experience + Benefits (Pension + 24 days annual leave per year + bank holidays)
