Position: Buyer - GNFR
Location: London
Salary: £35000 - £50000 per annum

The company client is a growing business who are now looking to select a Buyer - GNFR for their team located in London. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward thinking organization who truly invests in their people and future.
Main duties for this role will include:
* Maintain best cost prices in line with budgets without compromising quality standards.
* Liaise with Operational Management and Kitchen Design Houses regarding selection, and Purchasing interaction, of Back of House equipment.
* To provide full support to all Brands in regard to the above in terms of availability, margin, quality, legislation and market trend advise.
* Regular liaison with internal and external stakeholders and help achieve overall departmental profit criteria.
Experience and competencies required:
* Must have at least 3 years relevant purchasing experience within the Non Foods area of the Food Service Sector, Retail or Wholesale with a proven track record of Cost Containment without compromising quality.
* Strong negotiator with proven results
* Confident to challenge standard ways of purchasing
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines
* Determination to achieve
* Team player
* Presentation skills
* Good people skills
Desirable skills:
* CIPS, CFSM
* Project Management (eg. PRINCE2)
Additional information:
* The role may develop to include Junior Buyer direct report.
