Salary: 16,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-6pm.

This is a great opportunity for personal development within a progressive and fast moving business. A confident, flexible and accurate Administrator / Receptionist is required for our exciting business based in Worthing.
The Administrator / Receptionist role based in Worthing will involve:
- Handling all incoming phone calls
- Scheduling calls for new leads and enquiries
- Working with our suppliers to update our customer portal with the latest information each week
- Supporting the Customer Support Team with various admin tasks as required such as booking deliveries, sending out and checking important documents
- Dealing with enquiries relating to the status of customer orders
- Issuing log ins for customer portal
- Chasing suppliers for information and building great relationships
- Various admin duties as required
The ideal Administrator/Receptionist will need:
- To be a team player with a willingness to take on new tasks and support others when necessary
- To be accurate with entering data and updating the system, achieving the right balance between speed and accuracy.
- To have a warm and welcoming telephone manner
- To have the ability to remain calm under pressure
- To be willing and comfortable with learning new systems and adapting to changes with the growth of the business
