Telesales / Sales Executive

We are a well established and growing company based in Kettering, Northants. Due to continued success we are looking to recruit a number of full time Telesales / Sales Executive for immediate starts.
The successful Telesales / Sales Executive will be required to make calls and generate leads in line with project objectives and personal targets.
Other responsibilities will include:-
- To carry out accurate maintenance of databases
- To contribute to the performance of the campaign team
- To maintain customer service on incoming calls
- To generate leads via the telephone and email
- To build and maintain relationships with clients
- To carry out client / company profiling
The ideal Telesales / Sales Executive should be:-
- A good communicator
- Lively and engaging
- Computer literate
- Trustworthy and self-motivated
Key performance indicators for the Telesales / Sales Executive will be:-
- Achievement of agreed personal outcome targets
- Contribution to team objectives
- Accuracy of data
In return, we are looking to offer an annual salary of £15,800 as well full training and support.
