HFH Healthcare is a complex healthcare service providing bespoke packages of care to highly dependent adults & children living at home with complex conditions requiring specialist care.

Our aim at HFH Healthcare is to provide our clients with a care team of the highest calibre. Our team of qualified specialist nurse trainers train all selected candidates in our fully equipped specialist training facility and further support all care teams in the client’s home on a daily basis.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (NMC PIN essential) with around 5 years clinical experience.  You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical experience and knowledge in an unique setting.  The successful candidate would be working as part of an experienced clinical team making a real difference to the service we provide to our clients.  The role involves liaising with multi-disciplinary community teams to establish bespoke care packages from assessment stage, building care plans through to review meetings.  You will be responsible for supervising & signing off competencies for skilled healthcare assistants on the clinical aspects relevant to the client’s specific condition and competency based interventions.

You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will providing face to face advice and support to clients, families and care teams, at times dealing with sensitive issues.  As a result you require diplomacy skills and be able to remain calm under pressure as you will assist with ‘trouble shooting’ and resolving key clinical & nursing issues passed to the clinical team.

Pay Rates: Annual Salary £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

Hours: 37.5 (office based in Wimbledon with some travel required through use of pool car, therefore full driving licence required).

Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
