WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday, plus a weekend rota, keeping in line with current driving regulations

THE COMPANY: Our client is one of the country's leading vehicle contract hire specialists, with around 7000 vehicles on fleet at any given time varying from cars and vans to HGV's, they supply vehicle solutions to a mixture of trade and private customers, for either long-term hire or spot hire. Due to growth, they are currently seeking HGV Class 1 drivers to join their team in Manchester.

THE ROLE: Our client is seeking HGV Class 1 drivers to join their team in Manchester. Within the role you will be required to carry out the collection and delivery of vehicles, including trailers, in and around the UK.

Key Responsibilities to include:

• Driving a variety of ranges of vehicles

• Performing day to day collection and delivery of vehicles around the UK

   

THE CANDIDATE: To be considered for the HGV Class 1 Driver position, you must have a valid C+E licence and possess experience at driving all classes of vehicles, You must hold a Certificate of Professional Competency (CPC) and a Digital Tachograph card (Digicard), Low loader experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Key experience essential for the role:

• C+E Licence

   

• Experience driving all classes of vehicles

   

• CPC

   

• Digicard

   

Key experience desirable for the role:

• Low loader experience
