Salary: £25,007 per annum

We are a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord providing homes for people in Aylesbury and the surrounding villages. Our aim is to provide affordable homes and build communities that people can be proud of.

We have an excellent opportunity for an Income Recovery Advisor to join our successful and highly motivated Rent Team. This role will require you to specialise in the recovery of former tenant arrears and be responsible for the collection of recharges and legal costs, taking action on tenants who fail to pay. You will also be responsible for providing support and advice to customers in order to maximise the recovery of these charges.

You must be able to demonstrate that you have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and have excellent IT skills particularly with the use of Microsoft Office and Excel producing statistical information as part of the role. Alongside this you will be a well organised, motivated individual, have experience of working within a team and be able to demonstrate a high level of numeracy skills.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience in working in social housing or other frontline customer service environments
• Good working knowledge in relation to housing management
• Provide a high standard of assistance, including administrative to the Rent Team
